Dimensions: 30x40, Siding: Heavy Vented Metal, Capacity: 3500 bu ear corn, 3500 bu grain upstairs, Elevator: Ottawa bucket elevator and floor drag. Glen had this crib built in 1956. It can hold 5600 bushel of ear corn and 3500 bushel of grain with three compartments upstairs. The corn crib is constructed completely from laminated lumber and Morton style siding. It was erected by a crew from Grant Park along with Glen and his father. They used no large machinery or cranes. They pulled them into place using a boom pole on his new UB special. The metal is 2 gauges heavier than the normal lighter metal usually used on most buildings – including most Morton cribs. It has an upright King and Hamilton (owner of the company that made Ottawa) bucket elevator. It is powered by a 5 hp electric motor. Take down and reassemble or scrap for lumber and tin, must be removed in 60 days follow auction

Minneapolis Moline Jet Star III 1967

Engine SN: 16310955 Engine Type 206L-4, Tractor SN: 28302997, Tires: 14.9x28 good tires., Loader: New Idea model 504, Serial Number 14217, Production Information for the Jet Star 3 Gas: 721 made that year. About 3345 were made from 1965-1970. This tractor has a good torque converter and is smooth running. The New Idea loader has always proven to be a great help on Glen’s farm.

Production Information for the M5 Production Information for the M5 Gas: 450 produced that year. Last year of production. 5157 M5 gas tractors produced from 1960-1963. Glen and Carol purchased the M5 at a sale near Grant Park. This tractor was originally sold to Mr. Hovert by John Boe who owned the Minneapolis Moline dealership in Crown Point, Indiana. Has a nice torque amplifier it this was Glen’s Favorite Tractor.

Minneapolis Moline UB Special 1955

Engine SN: 09500377 Engine Type 283C-4, Tractor SN: 09700223 , Tires: 16.9x34, Production Information for the UB Special: Only produced in 1955. About 1475 were produced. Glen purchased this tractor new in 1956 from a Minneapolis Moline dealer in Valparaiso, Indiana. A Mac truck cab was retrofitted so it could be installed on the UB so Glen could be in the shade in the summer and warm in the winter. Only about 1475 UB Specials were made. Has Factory power steering and was Glen's farming tractor.

SN/VIN: 12474047 Came up for sale in 1984. This car was originally owned by the Thompson family who owned the Thompson Winery in Monee, Illinois. They traded it to Heatherwick Implement Company in Frankfort, IL along with a few other antique cars for some new farm machinery. The Heatherwick Implement Company kept this car until their inventory reduction sale in 1984. It has an aftermarket water pump. This car is ready for the parade!

U was found at a yard sale near Kankakee Community College. Mr. Papineau was a retired farmer, and he decided to sell his remaining small machinery at a yard sale. It is a fine running tractor.

Minneapolis Moline Model L Uni Tractor 1954

Engine SN: 09202997 V206B-4, Tractor SN: 08707120, Glen used this power unit to shell and pick corn when he was farming. Eventually he moved to a combine and traded off the picking and shelling units. The power unit later became another one of Glen’s creations, a self propelled sprayer. Glen had a fully functioning self propelled sprayer in the 1980’s.

"The Mean Machine" 3 wheeled motorcycle?

Started Out as a 1971 VW Bug. Then a Yamaha motorcycle front end was added. The mean machine was fabricated by Glen in his spare time. He started with a 1971 Volkswagen Bug that he acquired from Carol’s uncle for $100. Then he purchased the front end off of a Yamaha motorcycle to create its unique look. Glen designed the vehicle to be the perfect way to get away from women who where back seat drivers. The mean machine became a parade sensation - winning five trophies. It participated in parades in Peotone (2x), Symerton (won 1st place), Beecher (4th of July Parade), and the Frankfort Labor Day Parade (won 1st place). It is truly a one of a kind creation made by a true innovator.No title!

An original Briggs and Stratton engine is included with the power unit. The metal is straight and ready for restoration.

Type: 4 Bottom 16” (4x16) Semi Mounted, Has aftermarket cover boards. Lift: 3 point and hydraulic cylinder (included), Coulters: Original Minneapolis Moline coulters. Glen purchased this plow from Mr. Hovette at his estate sale in Grant Park, IL. He used this plow until he retired from farming. It is a fine plow and it plows great. It has Knifeline Minneapolis Moline bottoms. These is a modern plow and was made from 64-70.

Minneapolis Moline 3 Bottom Plow AF

Type: 3 Bottom 14” (3x14) Pull type plow, Tires: good rubber tires, Lift: Rope Trip, Coulters: Has three good Lantz Coulters. This came from Grant Park from Mr. Hovett’s estate sale. This plow was junk when purchased and has been completely rebuilt and restored. The Lantz coulters were purchased from Dean Betternhausen and Glen compactly rebuilt them. It is a fine plow that does an excellent job. It has CY bottoms. Made from 38 to 58.

Minneapolis Moline 2 Bottom Plow AF

Type: 2 Bottom 16” (2x16) Pull type plow. Has Minneapolis Moline cover boards. Tires: good rubber tires, Lift: Rope trip. Coulters: Has original Minneapolis Moline Coulters. Glen purchased this plow at the Grundy County Consignment Sale. It has been completely restored. It is a very nice plow, and not easy to find. It has RP bottoms. Made from 38 to 58.

Minneapolis Moline 2 Bottom Plow Unknown Model

Rare Type: 2 bottom 14” (2x14) Stiff hitch pull type plow – VERY RARE, Tires: Ok rubber tires, Lift: Rope trip. Coulters: Has original Minneapolis Moline Coulters. Glen purchased this plow from Wayne Becker. Being a stiff hitch plow, it is extremely rare and you may not see another. It has been completely restored and is a very good plow to use, especially in hard ground. It as CY bottoms. Made from 30 to 50. This is an adjustable width plow with no trailing wheel (stiff hitch). Minneapolis Moline says "Special features in the wheels and beams allow you to plow with one or two bottoms and from 10 to 36 inches wide." This is quite rare today and was an award winning plow in its day.

International 3 Bottom Plow Model 8

Type: 3 bottom 14” (3x14) Pull type plow. Tires: good rubber tires, Lift: Hydraulic. no clyinder included, Coulters: Has original International coulters. This plow was purchased at the Grundy County Consignment Sale. It was completely disassembled and restored. All parts are original International and the moldboards, shins, and shares are in like new condition. They are “Super Chief” bottoms.

EZ Go Golf Cart Electric

Glen loves his golf carts. They are his second set of legs. Since Glen is scaling back, he will not need this one, although he will be sad to part with it. It attended many shows throughout the years. Has good set of batteries and charger included.
